Cyberia was an faculty conference focused on internet culture, communities and memes. Part of this project was to make visual identity. Main theme is based on the fact, that cats and kittens ruling (at least visually) the internet space. Thus I made this cat, caught during browsing some porn page. To attrack the attention of people I chose those shiny neonlike colours.

Part of this project was also making of the reader, based on articles from conference lectures. For main cover I digitalized the poster motive.
"Cyberia is about a very special moment in our recent history -- a moment when anything seemed possible. When an entire subculture -- like a kid at a rave trying virtual reality for the first time -- saw the wild potentials of marrying the latest computer technologies with the most intimately held dreams and the most ancient spiritual truths. It is a moment that predates America Online, twenty million Internet subscribers, Wired magazine, Bill Clinton, and the Information Superhighway. But it is a moment that foresaw a whole lot more."

To save some money, we choose simple version of folded brochure with black and white print for the text parts.
